Work with the Country Director, and CIVIC Ukraine Program team to ensure successful implementation of the EU-funded project “Building capacity for protection of civilians in eastern Ukraine”. The incumbent will lead the post-harm assistance component of the country program, including the project implementation and program development. He or she will serve as the CIVIC’s interface to the military, government, communities, and civil society as regards all aspects related to the assistance to civilians harmed in armed conflict.
