The Sphere movement was started in 1997 by a group of humanitarian professionals aiming to improve the quality of humanitarian work during disaster response.
Sphere is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to support the development of its online digital platforms. The QA Tester’s responsibilities relate to, but are not limited to, the Sphere website and the Handbook Digital Platform. Both these platforms are young (introduced in 2018) and will be subject to rapid development over the next few years:

The Project Manager will be the primary person responsible for implementing this project. He or she will report to the R2P President. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis the Project Manager should be ready to begin work by the end of May.

Project Manager – HelpAge International Ukraine

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for coordination of activities in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast. The PM facilitates programme development together with the Country Director, ensures timely implementation of programme activities, including implementation, monitoring and reporting, and budget control and management. With the Country Director, the PM has responsibility for ensuring the full compliance and application of all approved HAI Ukraine policies. The PM is a member of the HAI Ukraine Senior Management Team, contributing to overall direction setting and management of HelpAge International in the Donbas Region of Ukraine.







The Deputy Director (DD) is responsible for the current humanitarian programme development, transition to development-type programming and overall program performance in East Ukraine. The DD directly manages and supervises the Project Manager (PM), providing guidance and leadership in all aspects of project implementation and budget control and management. The DD will also supervise a Protection and Inclusion Coordinator who provides technical support to the Project Manager and Protect Team.

Under the supervision of the Country Director, the Advocacy Expert is responsible for ensuring that PIN and ACCESS Consortium advocacy initiatives are designed and implemented in a strategic, result-oriented manner. Advocacy Expert closely cooperates with Advocacy and Communications Department and with the Head of the ACCESS Consortium.







The Deputy Monitoring Officer will combine a strong humanitarian and safety background with experience of a similar country risk context, a clear understanding of and commitment to humanitarian principles, he/she will be skilled in English, written conflict analysis and he/she will be able to interpret and articulate and publish best information and principled, expert advice to a broad range of humanitarian actors.
